It is with great pleasure that I accepted the honorary presidency of the 2019 edition of the JEAN PAGÉ WALK OF COURAGE (Marche du courage Jean Pagé) benefitting the organization PROCURE.
In recent years, I have been able to witness the tremendous work PROCURE does to educate men about the disease and the importance of screening tests.
The upcoming 13th edition of the JEAN PAGÉ WALK OF COURAGE will highlight my friend Jean Pagé’s exceptional commitment to the cause. In fact, from now on, the event will bear his name: the JEAN PAGÉ WALK OF COURAGE. After first meeting Jean during our work as commentators for the IndyCar races, he became a personal friend with whom I truly enjoy sharing common interests.
The JEAN PAGÉ WALK OF COURAGE is a tribute to those who have lived with the disease and whose journey and experience have enriched our lives. Take advantage of this gathering to thank them for the actions they have taken to their families, loved ones and friends.
I want to thank all the members of the PROCURE team as well as the volunteers who contribute generously to the success of the 13th edition of the JEAN PAGÉ WALK OF COURAGE.
